Documents required at the time of time of submission of application form
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate and Aadhar Card of the child.
- Original Transfer Certificate of the child
- Previous year’s report card of the child.
- Proof of Residential address of parents (Voter ID Card, Aadhar card, Passport, Electricity bill)
- Medical Certificate ( In Original)
- Stamp size photograph of child and parents.
