Message From the President. 

As the President of Gurdwara Sikh Sangat/ KMSSS, Dunlop Bridge, Kolkata 108, it is my heartfelt pleasure to welcome our Management Committee, Principal, Staff, Students, and Parents of Khalsa Model Senior Secondary School to be a part of this esteemed English-medium Institution.

Our school reflects the values of discipline, dedication, and holistic development. It follows the CBSE curriculum, and offers a wide range of academic, co-curricular, extracurricular, and sports activities, enabling students to excel in every sphere of their educational journey. We are proud to see our students graduate with strong character and the confidence to face future challenges.

We are privileged to have a team of highly qualified and committed faculty across all departments who shape the future of our students with care, insight, and professionalism. The school boasts well-equipped laboratories, a modern library with a wide selection of updated books, a basketball court, and a spacious recreation ground, providing students with opportunities to learn, explore, and grow.

Our fully furnished auditorium hosts a variety of programs aligned with the school calendar, encouraging creativity and public speaking among students.

Understanding the discomfort that extreme heat can cause during summer months, we are gradually installing air-conditioning units to ensure a comfortable and conducive learning environment. We believe that a calm, cool space enhances concentration and overall well-being, which contributes positively to academic performance.

In line with our mission to promote inclusivity, we extend financial assistance to students from economically weaker backgrounds, ensuring that every child walks through our gates with a smile and leaves with hope and purpose.

We have also taken a forward-looking step by introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics as a subject from Classes I to VIII, equipping students with essential 21st-century skills. We believe AI education helps personalize learning and makes it more effective for students of all learning styles and paces.

Our commitment to community service is at the heart of our institution. We nurture strong, respectful relationships between teachers, students, and parents, knowing that collaboration at school and at home is key to a student’s success.

As we transition from traditional to modern learning, we’ve introduced the School App (School eDiary), helping students stay connected, informed, and inspired through digital tools, projects, and ventures.
